Those interrupting thoughts and trying to stay focussed is familiar with those who have a great deal in life to balance between work, family, study and wanting to have a meaningful life.
By the time you are on that treadmill trying to find ways to have a better balance and not having time to work it out. Then you know you've got to find answers with an expert.
I did, recently made time to go to a MINDFULNESS workshop run by Associate Prof. Craig Hassard from Monash University - Melbourne - Australia.
And the good news? There's a FREE online course starting on the 1st October 2018 run via Future Learn.

Looking out for your mates is probably more important than you think.
Often we spend so much time at work that we are more likely to know when something is up with our workmates. It's okay to ask "are you okay?" because it may just be the sort of question that really needed asking.
Safety at work is more than physical. Its' the mental wellness, combined with physical and we do need to be more "human being" than just "human doing" at times. Cheers, Massiel
